Challenge
A 2.5 MW compute block needs racks, coolant distribution, heat rejection and power switching to arrive as one coordinated system rather than as separate packages integrated on site.
System architecture
LINKWAVE engineered the block around a single centralized CDU. Racks, manifolds and the piping network were assembled on a shared base frame, so hydraulic connections between rack and CDU were made and checked at the factory.

Engineering highlights
- One centralized CDU serves all twenty racks.
- Racks, CDU and switchgear share one structural base frame.
- Rack-to-CDU piping completed before shipment.
- Heat rejected to a dry cooler supplied within the same scope.
Delivery
Detailed design, fabrication, assembly, testing and factory acceptance were completed before packaging and shipment.
